Caring for a family member with a life-limiting illness is stressful, but you do not need to face it alone. West Coast Hospice Management, Inc., brings comfort care to adults in your own home or in the care facility you reside.  We support and assist families and caregivers with compassion and expertise. The last stages of an individuals life should be lived in comfort and free from pain and suffering. Patients and families have the opportunity to request services provided by West Coast Hospice Management, Inc. Hospice services are provided at no cost and covered by Medicare, Medi-Cal, and private insurance.

Referrals to hospice are made by your primary care physician when disease is progressing and terminal illness has advanced. West Coast Hospice Management, Inc. will provide services to patients and their families. Our interdisciplinary team will work together alongside your primary care physician to form an individualized plan of care that meets the patients specific needs.
We do not seek to prolong life beyond its natural course, nor does hospice involvement hasten death in any way. Prognosis is reviewed periodically to meet the requirements of hospice admission and recertification of each patient. Hospice care services can be terminated and voluntarily withdrawn at any time that patient and family wishes, and can resume at a future time if patient and family desires.

What is hospice care?

Individuals who have a terminal illness or when a sanative care is no longer effective, hospice care can enhance their quality of life.
